Based on 847 constituent submissions, public safety and school quality ranked as the top two concerns across all District 4 neighborhoods. Reisterstown Road corridor infrastructure was third.
Residents overwhelmingly support mixed-use development, improved pedestrian safety, and increased lighting along the corridor. 78% oppose additional commercial-only zoning.
Karson's door-to-door canvassing revealed significant gaps in transportation access for seniors and lack of awareness of existing county programs. Report submitted to County Council.
After 14 community listening sessions, residents identified three consistent themes: response time concerns, lighting in commercial areas, and youth diversion programs.
